گارانتی کفپوش کامپوزیت

Please note that installation of Senrui WPC® Composite Deck products denotes acceptance and agreement of Senrui WPC® warranty terms & conditions.

1. هر گونه ادعایی باید ظرف 30 روز پس از شناسایی به صورت کتبی ارائه شود.

2. Senrui WPC® warrants to the original purchaser that Senrui WPC® Composite Decking conforms to Senrui WPC® standards and specifications and is free from defects in materials and workmanship, and will remain free from such defects for [15] years residential use from date of purchase and ten [10] years commercial use.

3. Senrui WPC® warrants to original purchaser of any & all Senrui WPC® Composite Decking products that structural damage caused by rot, splitting, termites, and fungal decay will not occur for [15] years, beginning on the date that the product was purchased and continuing until this period has elapsed, or until the property on which the Senrui WPC® Composite Decking product was originally installed has transferred ownership.

4. گارانتی فقط زمانی اعمال می شود که مواد تحت شرایط عادی ترافیکی مسکونی/تجاری سبک استفاده شود.

5. Decking باید توسط دستورالعمل‌های نصب نوشته شده Senrui WPC® یا دستورالعمل‌های نصب ویدیویی Senrui WPC® نصب شود، که هر دو در برگه منابع در Senrui WPC.com موجود هستند.

6. Regular maintenance, as described inSenrui WPC® Decking Maintenance & Repair Guidelines  must be . Damage caused by unapproved cleaners or chemicals is not covered under this warranty.

7 . Senrui WPC®, as with other composite decks, is subject to seasonal expansion and contraction. This is a normal occurrence and not considered a defect.

8. آسیب ناشی از اثاثیه، لوازم خانگی، اقلام چرخدار، یا اقلام دارویی در سطح مواد تحت پوشش این ضمانت نیست.

9. خسارت ناشی از آتش سوزی، سیل، سایر بلایای طبیعی، اعمال خدا، حمل و نقل، ساخت و ساز یا آسیب های مربوط به نصب تحت پوشش این ضمانت نیست.

10. سهل انگاری، فرسایش، زهکشی نامناسب، نشست یا حرکت سازه ای که عرشه روی آن نصب شده است، این ضمانت را باطل می کند.

11. کیفیت محصول، نقص در مواد، یا خطاهایی که بیش از 5 درصد مواد نباشد، تحت پوشش این گارانتی نیستند.

12. Senrui WPC® will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or credit the full purchase price of the defective material. Labor is not included or covered under this warranty.

13. In no event will Senrui WPC®’s liability exceed the cost of replacement of the defective product or the refund of the original purchase price.

14. این ضمانت یک بار، ظرف پنج [5] سال از تاریخ خرید اصلی قابل انتقال است. ثبت گارانتی ظرف سی [30] روز پس از خرید مواد لازم است.

عدم ثبت نام در این بازه زمانی این گارانتی را باطل می کند.
